snow angel!

Let's just say that Columbus may or may not be covered in about four inches of SNOW! Another blizzard to add to the books.
I went to work at 7am and saw the sunrise (literally) and it was red. And you know the old saying -- "Red at night - sailor's delight. Red in the morning - sailors take warning!" and I guess it does hold true. It started snowing around 8:30 or so and hasn't stopped since. The bookstore has an entire wall of of ceiling-to-floor windows, so I just basically watched the snow fall/cars slide all day. Around 3:30, my boss came over and asked if I wanted to leave early, and I pretty much maimed him with delight.
I'm obviously skipping my night class since the roads are like treacherous.org. I don't know why campus hasn't been closed. Oh well...I figure the smart people will just skip.

Also, something kind of interesting -- as I was checking the cancellations on the news, there was something called the "Columbus Electronic Dart League" that had been cancelled for tonight. I think it might need to be cancelled forever...or they need to initiate me as a member.

Here are some pictures of the snow and the pets gone wild.

Sophie shivering and hating/licking the snow.

Rocco insisting braving the elements to visit his other families.

Just part of the 'hood.

My little snowman tacky lawn decoration.

Our car, only about 15 minutes after I parked it.
